Prompt Pose ("the app") is a library of AI photo prompts. You can browse, save and copy prompts without creating an account. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.
Data we do not collect
- No account, name, email address or phone number is needed to use the app.
- The app does not access your photos, camera, contacts or files. When you use a prompt in another AI app, that app's own privacy policy applies.
- Your saved (favourite) prompts, recently copied prompts and recent searches are stored only on your device.
Data collected automatically
- Advertising (Google AdMob): device identifiers such as the advertising ID, approximate location derived from IP address, and ad interaction data, used to show and measure ads. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
- Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): app usage events such as screens viewed, prompts copied and searches, used to improve the app.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): device model, OS version and crash details, used to fix bugs.
- Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging): a notification token, used only to deliver prompt alerts you can turn off in Settings.
This data is processed by Google as our service provider and is encrypted in transit. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
- Turn off notifications in the app's Settings or your phone's settings.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's Google settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes your saved prompts from the device.
Data retention and deletion
Favourites, recently copied prompts and your settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Search terms you type inside the app are sent to Firebase Analytics as anonymous usage events (no account, no name, no email) so we can see which looks people want; they are kept by Google Analytics for Firebase for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. Advertising identifiers are handled by Google AdMob under its own retention rules and can be reset or deleted from your Android settings. To request deletion of any data tied to your device identifiers, follow the steps on our Delete your data page or email support@promptpose.online; we complete requests within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
