The prompt

Using the uploaded photo, create a candid everyday photo of the same person watering balcony plants with a small can in the morning. Shot on a smartphone main camera at eye level, soft morning light. Keep the face, features, skin tone, age, hairline and body shape exactly as in the uploaded photo. Make it look like a real, unedited photo: real skin with pores, fine lines and natural shine, a few stray hairs, real fabric wrinkles, natural colours, slightly imperfect framing and mild camera noise. Natural hands with five fingers each and a relaxed, realistic grip. No beauty filter, no retouching, no smooth plastic skin, no perfect symmetry, no glossy or cinematic AI look. Nobody should be able to tell it is AI.

About this look

This prompt turns one photo of you into a candid photo of you watering balcony plants with a small can in the morning. The light is morning light and it is framed as if shot on a smartphone main camera at eye level. The closing lines ban the plastic AI look: real skin texture, natural colours and no retouching. Because it looks like a friend took it on a phone, it works as a casual Instagram post, a WhatsApp DP or a dating-app photo.

How to use it in Gemini or ChatGPT

Tap Copy prompt above.
Open Gemini or ChatGPT, tap + and upload a clear, front-facing photo of yourself.
Paste the prompt and send it. The image is ready in under a minute.
If a detail is off, reply with the fix in plain words (for example "keep my face exactly as in the photo") instead of starting over.

Tips for the best result

Use a recent photo in soft natural light; harsh shadows and beauty filters confuse the AI.
Keep the realism lines at the end of the prompt. Removing them is the quickest way to get a glossy, plastic AI look.

Try these variations

Different light: change "morning light" to "neon signs reflecting on wet streets" for a dramatic night mood.
Pick the outfit: add "wearing an all-white outfit" so the AI does not choose for you.
Selfie version: change the camera line to "taken as a front-camera selfie at arm's length".
